rear cargo cover 200 1991

The one thing I miss in my 245 is a rear cargo cover. I happened to find one in, of all places, a junk shop, but I can't see how it could be mounted. Does anyone know if there is a mounting bracket that attaches to the back seat (or somewhere else)? Thanks.
