Crankase ventilation Turbo and Non-Turbo. 700 88

I have been trying to help a friend who dropped a Turbo motor in to his Non-Turbo 740. Do Turbo's have crankase vacuum? I notice that in my book the small vacuum line to the intake from the flame trap is capped off on the Turbos. Is that right? Or is it set up just like the Non-Turbos. The FAQ doesn't specify the differences between Turbo and Non-Turbo and I don't have an example to leek at.
