HELP: Turnsignals dont work! (Hazards do) 700 1988

The blinkers on my wifes 760 turbo ('88) stopped working the other day. The fuse is not blown in the fuse panel. I havent checked the relay panel?

However the hazzards do work... any help is appreciated!
