do different years have different OD relays (auto)? 200 82-86

my sister lives in LA, i live in philly. she needs a new/resoldered OD relay for her '82 240 Turbo (AW71 tranny). i'm about to send her my spare from my '86 240DL (AW70). same relay, interchangeable?
