Everybody (including iPd) has said in the past that the plastic radiators can't be repaired when they fail.

Sorry guys. I just had the rad. in my '85 245 fixed for a little under $100. Not sure exactly what they did to it, but it had a crack on the side where the lower hose connects to the rad. The plastic on both sides ("end tanks"?) looks new. They also cleaned it up and washed all of the bugs and crap out of the fins. Car runs cooler, warms up faster, and no more leaks.
