Front Bumper Loose-Where to Tighten? 900 1996

I've got a 1996 960 wagon, and the right side of the front bumper is loose (has about 3/8" play by the right front wheel/quarter panel). I have searched under it trying to determine where to tighten it up, or if a clip is broken/missing/etc., and haven't been successful. Before I start to take other parts off, does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
