Complete! Unitek phase one install. 200 1992

First of all the information I am supplying is anecdotal at best. The mods I have made to this na b230f are as follows. Cold air induction that I made using 3in exh. pipe, rubber hose, and KN type filter(sandwiched between the ac condensor and grill. I noticed better throttle response and pickup. Next was the Unitek 003 header and 2.5in exhaust pipe back to a turbo muffler deleting the intermediate muffler and expanding the cat in/out fitting to 2.5in (making it high flow). This increased the throttle response, off the line pickup, and sound. The phase one cam has increased off the line pickup, and better yet the midrange and higher end acceleration. This car is now like it should have been from the factory. I know that Volvo stands for safety, but I also know that there is safety in power/quickness. I am dealing with an automatic (yuk) but this is my pickup the kids and haul them elsewhere car. I don't have a tach, so I can't say what rpm this cam pulls hard other than second gear. It is definitely no longer ANEMIC!

In my discussion with Mike Aero (very helpful, knowledgeable, and honest) I will be modifying the head on this car inorder to take full advantage of the cam/header combination in the near future. Please email me if anyone has a question. Also, I'll be replacing the rear main seal soon. Any info on the modified torque converter that MVP sells would be appreciated.
