B230 or B230F and what is it? 200 89

Stupid question. What do I have? I thought I had a 230F? But while replacing the mounts noticed the block said B230 (under oil filter).

Also had a really wierd symbol next to it (under oil filter). (I'll draw it soon). It looked like 180 deg protractor or half a clock with indented marks. In the middle was a triangle pointing to one of the marks. The whole thing was in a 3in block.?
