An '83 244 or not? 200 all

I went to look at a real beater '83 244 the other day as a possible parts car for my '84 245. According to the Mx records, the car was well maintained until the 225K mark approx 2 yrs ago. The poor college girl had literally run the sedan into the ground since then. When I looked under the hood the engine (fuel injection) didn't look at all the same as my b23f, LH 2.0 jetronic 245. Bentley says those two model years should be the same. Could this be a Canadian 244?

BTW, she was selling the poor neglected brick for $350. I fixed it for her by replacing a fuse. She called back yesterday to offer to sell again for a nonfunctioning auto tranny.
