Alternator light flashes with turn signal 200 84

Don't know if repairing a driver's side door switch is related, or, if grounding out the glovebox courtesy light caused this, but afterwards I see that the red alternator warnning light flashes on/off faintly with the turn signals.

Didn't used to...
