Telll Me I Am Dreaming 200 1988

A while back I posted about my turn signals not working but my hazzard lights were. Well I think I figured out why. Well 1) the turn signal relay and the hazzard relay are one in the same. I went back into my fuse box and saw that the number 13 fuse (good number huh?) was loose. Well I put it back in and low and behold my signals work. Now what I want to know is this a really BIG coincidence (sp) or does that fuse position actually have something to do with it.
