Regina Car: what does it mean? 900 1993

I posted this earlier (about an hour and half ago) and got one reply. The original message and the reply seemed to have disappeared however - boy is that strange. FWIW, here's the story again: I was ordering parts from my favorite online Volvo dealer and he asks if I have a square or round ignition coil on either of my 945's. The 1991 is a turbo and the 1993 is N/A. Well, I mention that the 93 has a square looking coil unlike any thing I have ever seen on a Volvo. Congratulations he tells me. YOu have a Regina car. I have no idea what this means, although the FPR for the Regina car was alot more expensive. I'm sure he's got it right; I would like to know more however. So, what's a Regina car?
