Foggy Headlights, any fix? 200 89

Went ahead and got the 240 after diagnosis by a local reputable independant shop did not turn up any major problems. Is there any way to clean, polish, clear up the foggy look to the headlights? Found some replacements on the web, but $300.00 for a pair??
