what's it worth??? 200 '87

a friend, in the atlanta area, is posibly selling her volvo and is curious about what it may be worth. it is a 1987 240dl with a little less than 250K miles. it's pale yellow, no dings or chips, interior is in good condition (dash has no cracks) and overall, it's in pretty-good condition. the a/c may need some freon, the rack-pinion is less than 1 year old, the differential is giving some trouble and will be repaired/replaced before sale. any ideas on the value.
