Air conditioner elec power connection 1800 73

Can anyone tell me where the electrical power connects to the air conditioner? There is a wire coming from the cigar lighter that is labeled ac and has half of a fuse connection on the end. I don't see where the other end of the fuse connection should connect on the ac unit. Does it go to the portion that contains the on/off switch or does it connect to the blower motor section? There are no stray wires to connect to that I can see.. so before I take it all apart, I would appreciate any insight someone can provide. Thanks
