Oxygen sensor voltage 200 82T

Hello again

how is everyone?

I decided to test my oxygen sensor today.

The reading seemed ok. It stayed within the Bentley specs of above .4 and below 1.0

It stayed around .4-.5 most of the time fluctuating.

is this right or should it fluctuate through the entire range of .4-1.0 @ idle?

When I raised the dipstick to make a lean condition it richened the mixture and the voltage went up to .55-.65 fluctuating.
