alloy wheel refinish 200 1984

I have the many spoked alloy wheels on my 84 245. They are looking a bit tired these days. I was thinking of cleaning them up. I have a sand blaster and painting equipment.

Anyone have any experiance with bead blasting wheels and refinishing them?
