Check Engine came back/O2 sensor 200 1989

About 2 weeks ago, I replaced my faulty O2 sensor with the 3 wire Bosch universal part, as was recently discussed on the board. This morning, on my drive in to work the Check Engine light came back on. I pulled the same codes as before I changed the sensor (2-3-1). I checked the voltage on the 02 sensor at the firewall (business dress is non-condusive to crawling under the car in the packing deck), and it was steady at .06 volts.

Where should I start my search for this problem?
