Recent Insurance Experience Post ALL

A month of so ago, there was a post from a fellow with a very nice 240 that was totalled. He sought advice about how to get the other party's insurance company to raise their settlement offer. Later, he posted a follow up note explaining his approach and offering advice on how to proceed in these situations. Does anyone still have that info? I searched the archives, but can't be specific enough in my search to find it.
