Horn with Airbag 200 1993

No beep. Fuses good, contacts at horn clean.

Are there contacts subject to corrosion on the steering wheel? I'm not too comfortable with messing with the steering wheel because it has an airbag unless some of you guys are knowledgeable('93 245).

Any advice?
