I have a question regarding brakes. About 3 weeks ago I realized that I needed new brake pads. When I went to remove them I found that the rear pads were virtually seized and ground down to thin waffers. OOPs!? So with that I ordered the new rear callipers along with all new brake pads. Well I had to remove the brake lines to remove the old callipers and i pluged them up so that the fluid would not leak out of the system. I had the rotors turned all around and put in a new Master cylinder as well I installed the new callipers and pads. I was thinking that was it with a little bleed job to finish the slightly larger job than initially started. Well to my dismay the brakes are renderd useless. I bled the master cylinder before installing on to the power booster and also followed another hint as to let the fluid seep out of the lines before reattaching the main lines to the master cylinder. I bled the brakes according to the specs in the Haynes and everything seems cool like Lemonade until I start the engine. That is when the brake pedal go straight down to the floor with no such resistance once pressed and also the brake failure light shines in my face as if to say, HaHa! I am at the end if there is anything that I may have over looked or just completely flogged entirely I would not mind the feedback.
Thanks
