Fuel Control Pressure Regulator 700 1983

Can anyone tell me the difference between a "control pressure regulator" and a "warm up regulator"? This is on a 760 B28F engine. The book I have refers to the "control pressure regulator", however the Bosch number indicates "warm up regulator". I am confused.
