I have been reduced to the fast wiper speed only. Neither the medium nor intermittent speeds works, though the spritzer does. When I click the wiper off, it just stays where it is, rather than returning to its home position. I pulled off the wiper stalk and cleaned inside the body figuring dirty contacts were to blame. They weren't.

Is the next move just to replace the stalk, or is there a way to open it up to repair it? Could there be electrical problems farther downstream causing this?
