My fan clutch is bad, can I get one at the boneyard? 200 1989

I did the "blanket in front of the radiator" test me too and my clutch is bad. I never had overheating problems because here, very high outside temps are such a rare thing. But i'm giong to cross my coutry this summer(Trois-Rivières---Vancouver) And I think it would be a good idea to have a working radiator fan. So....

Based on your experience: Can I get a good one at the boneyard? (because it's difficult to test it there) Or is it better to buy a new one(I'm affraid of the price it would cost!!)
