Smoke at redline 700 1985

I'm not a pro or anything but i'm learning. When i race the engin (1st gear) and redline it. The fuel pump shuts off like its suppose to but when i do this i notice a puff of smoke out the back.

Heres what wrong with my car that i have noticed. The turbo when i move it with my fingers (the turbine that is) i feel a lil stick. Like its smooth then it has a lil bur somewhere that it get caught on (not like it will stop on a small one). I noticed that i have a lil bit of grit and grim in my intake manifold hoses and also the hose that comes off the turbo and goes into the engine. I also have a few small oil leaks and 1 tranny leak that i can't figure oiut where they are comming from.

What could cause the smoke at red line?
