Cat. converter recomendations 700 88

I seem to have a catalitic converter that is getting clogged. There is little low power an it blows out of the wastegate like heck. All hoses seem fine. Has anyone used some the aftermarket converters out there ? I've seen a couple for $ 182 and $ 238 which seems kinda cheap to me. I'd appreciate hearing about any recomendations or ones to avoid.
