Electric fan 200 1981

I have a 244 with b23a engine. Iam considering to replace the original,noisy fan to the electric fan...is this possible? how can it be done. Another thing...If I were to change the carb, what's the best carb? Weber? which model? twin carb?

Another question about the side external trim (The lining beside the car) Can I change to the newer type?
