High idle speed on 242 turbo 200 83

Ok, ive been working on this Volvo 242 turbo lately, and it was in sad shape for a while. I replaced the turbo unit, distributor and vacuum advance. These components make the car run much better. However, with the timing set correctly, i have a high idle speed, [around 1400 on startup, then after revving it stays at about 2100. How can i fix this? Thanks, Jon
