AC charge 900 91

I want to charge a can of R-12 to my AC but no sure which port to connect to, I see one on the side of the condenser/dryer?? - (the one by the fire wall next to the coil passenger side), and one with a black cap on and this on is NOT attached to the conderser/dryer......

thanks in advance for any advices...
