Mystery Noise behind console 700 1990

I have been to my shop 3 times to have a noise fixed. The guys at the shop say they can't locate it it. I can hear the noise when i hit the smallest bump in the road. I can actually feel the rattle if I put my hand

on the hump in floor right behind the behind the console. I just had transmission work done but that didn't solve the problem. Any help?
