Buzzing pedals & steering wheel 200 1983

I get a buzzing in the pedals and steering wheel that changes frequency with engine speed. It does it while driving or when parked, between 1200 and 2800 rpm. Engine and tranny mounts look good, obviously something in the drive train is touching the chassis and transmitting this vibration.

Any ideas? Wear gloves and boots?
