right taillight out 200 1988

i noticed my "bulb out" light on and checked to see my right taillights out. not just one but the inside and outside. i checked the bulbs and they looked o.k.. directional works and brake light works. this seemed to have happened before on a rainy day like it was on this instance. any ideas? thanks, jrs
