Turbo Chirping Under Pressure 700 86

Hi there my turbo is doing the weirdest things right now though it is chirping under hard pressure, i had the turbo rebuilt about 20 thou ago and i get great pressure and boot of of it without any problems, though all the sudden this chirping has started, any help would be appricated.
