transmission question 200 85

Just had the automatic transmission serviced. It was leaking from the speedometer housing and those seals were replaced. The od solonoid seals were replaced too. The transmission fluid and filter were also changed. Now the car shifts differently. Also, the tach show 3500 at 65 mph. It is like the car is not shifting into the final highway gear. Any ideas? Thanks. George
