ABS Fuse location? 200 1993

According to the Volvo manual for my 1993 240, the ABS fuse is located under the front passenger's seat... SOMEWHERE!

I can't find the dang thing. Are they sure that it is there?

And as I was reading the specifications of the other fuses, I noticed that fuse #6 in my book doesn't specify what the hell is it made for!

so these 2 questions y'all

Where is the ABS fuse really at?

and

What does fuse #6 do?
