Repair for cracked Mitsu turbo housing? Ideas? 700 1984

I've got a Mitsubishi turbo with a hairline radial crack in the cast iron turbine housing. What (aside from replacement) is the fix for this? I have had one welded in the past but the crack continued on six months or so later. Someone suggested brazing, as it is more flexible. Or muffler-weld-in-a-tube? Suggestions for any (reasonably) successful methods would be appreciated.
