SHOULD I BUY THIS CAR 740 GLE HELP 700 1987

There is a 1 owner 740 GLE for sale in Miami for $2,500 (altough I can get that down). It has 108,000 miles has been serviced regularly and has leather interior. I figure it must be an automatic (i saw the car on the side of the road). the paint is good (although an ugly color) and there is a little bit of bubbling rust near the sunroof.

Please help as I currently drive a LEASED JETTA and will be stuck with it for a year still but I thought this might be one that I should not let pass up since it appears the owner has been quite methodical and the miles are quite low.
