850 wheels on a 940 900 91

I want to put a 16" 850T wheel on my 940T. In the front the wheels hit the strut and I will need to put on wheel spacers. I guess the 850 wheel has an offset of 43mm and the 940 wheel has an offset of 25mm. Can any one recomend a company that makes high quality wheel spacers. Also, what size of a spacer will I need? I want the car to handle the same and I am worried that spacers will affect this. If you know anything about this please help me out.
