How do I remove the seat back cushion? 140-160 1970

It *looks* to me like I pry off the trim at the bottom of the seatback and take it from there. But I can't get that off without damaging it (or so it seems, anyway) so I haven't tried yet. Remember, I'm talking about the seat BACK, not the cushion. Thanks, all. Steve
