driveshaft balance 900 94

While replacing the clutch I'm afraid I messed up the marks I made on the front driveshaft to align it with marks I made on the rear driveshaft. While not exactly vibration there is a soft background "humm" at speed that wasn't there before. Are there clues to how the driveshaft might have been positioned (like maybe the position of the triangular mount to the rubber donut vs. the orientation of the UJs, akin to having al the UJs in line on an all-UJ shaft), or is it a matter of trying all umpty-dumpty possible combinations and testdriving them (or having the shaft rebalanced) ?
