A/C won't get cold 900 95

First time the A/C was used (tried) this year it didn't produce any cold air. The loght on the dash switch works fine but the air never cools. I've had to add some 134 every year so maybe this year it's all gone. But there's no indication that the system is switched on. Is there a relay or a way to test electrically if the system is coming on? Is there a fuse other than in the fuse block?

Could use some help here because if it's 80 degrees plus in May I'll need the cold in June / July.
