it's a blown head gasket and a cracked head 200 1980

I removed the head on my $100 240dl . I found some head bolts were not that tight, most head bolts had washers on them, a BIG hole thru the metal on the gasket (from coolant hole to the cylinder), the head gasket is in poor shape, a poor weld job on the #3 hole, and two cracks at the # 2 hole. I assume the head is warped - no need to check. I got one from the local wrecking yard had a clean one for $50.

Also, it has a little dent in the left door, two door, a/c, auto, 34000 miles (can't be working), leak at the rack and pinion, missing some trim pieces, and in good, not great, shape.

Does anyone have good luck with Volvoworld or have any good online parts source recommendation.
