Need URL for site with K cam specs. 200 all

There was a post maybe a week and a half ago or longer, regarding the K cam and resulting rough idle condition. One of the responses had a link to a personal site with LOTS of reseach info. on Volvo cams. I have since lost the bookmark and can't locate the original post with the response containing that URL.
