value of car? 200 1976

I hav a 1976 v6, 265 station wagon, engine runs well, but have suspension problems, the mechanic says the susp. assemblies, R inner tie ros, and center support bushing all bad, also has a manifold tick, moderate rust, is this car worth fixing or of value for parts? How can I tell how to price it to sell? It is very peppy and a pleasure to drive.
