Where do add 134a (converted)?

I screwed up already by opening a vent on the drier (next to the radiator, with glass window), thinking it a cap to a nozzle. Whoozing. Cap (just a little loose) flew off in a 'mini explosion'.

So I'm all out of gas. Also should I add 1 can of oil?
