Can I put IPD GT, GLT Sway Bars on a 240DL ? 200 1988

Has anyone here put the IPD sway bars listed for the 240 GLT, Turbo on a stock 240DL ?

There is something mentioned about exhaust routing (under axle), will that cause problems for me ?

I have a 1988 240DL
