idle adjustment---help 200 1982

Greetings,

I have an '82 GLT with the B23E engine; K-jet injection without the Constant Idle System (ie. no ECU) with the Pulsair emission control system. This combination of features is left out of every manual that I have (Haynes, Chilton-they mention the B23E with CIS, though, and even the '83- on Bentley). Do I need to plug any vacuum lines, etc.? Any help would be great.
