ODOMETER PROBLEMS 200 1990 245 DL

Does anybody know how to get the odometer to start measuring again?

[ Until now, the odometer was working. I needed to change the left instrument cluster light, reinstall the trip odometer reset button, and fix the cruise control. When I put back everything in reverse, the both odometers failed to turn on the test ride. I checked the voltage on the speedo, and everything seems fine... ( I have the instrument cluster with the large clock replacing the tachometer.)]

Does anybody know what might be the cause?
