Symptoms of a bad cold start injector? 200 1985

I was just wondering what the symptoms of a bad cold start injector would be. I just put a full tuneup on my car. The problem I'm having is that when I first start the car in the morning and I don't push the gas pedal down just a little bit when turning the key it will crank but will idle erratilcally until I rev it and then it will idle right. And then when I start off it hesitates just a little bit and then there's not a problem from then on.
