Car won't start!!! 700 1988

It seems that when I park my car on an incline for a few hours with the rear facing down the hill my car won't start. The engine turns but it won't start. After I move my car to a level surface it starts (well, once). This has only happened twice but I'm still concerned. Any ideas about what the problem is?
